I don't think slavery as we commonly know it exists in Valoran apart from Shurima. I mean, there are other less obvious forms of slavery. I don't think labour conditions in Zaun's factories are... how would you call it? Oh yeah humane, yeah thats a good word.

Ironically Noxus is where slavery is despised the most. I mean making another person do your hard work for you would be a pretty big sign of weakness. Shit, they don't even take prisoners of war.
