Cain and Abel were brothers from the book of genesis, so I don’t think Kayn took any inspiration from this. Probably just a coincidence with the similar name and hair color.
Honestly I just thought they were lightly referencing the Legacy of Kain series. But it’s not like using a variant of the name Cain from Cain and Abel is exactly groundbreakingly unique that Riot totally had to be referencing the only other people who did it.
