Depends how popular he is really...
He will get 1 extra skin after launch, and then would spend years not getting any until his model becomes outdated. Then Riot would release his VU and charge you $30.....

But yeah given his multiple forms, it may be a bit tough for him to get skins.
Well at leas this different forms have barely different abilities.
