LoL backstory is lacking since Recon

Hey there. ever since the recon of the LoL lore I don't know what is happening in regards to Runeterra, What are the goals of Noxis, Where is the backstory of behind the game now, where is the other character's personality development, what is the situation of current storyline of runeterra. Most of these things are not really fleshed out, Noxius is a Dictatorship, Demacia is the same in spirit but not on paper, Mount Targon is a Spartan wasteland, the Freljord is in a civil war, Piltover is a technological advancing city While Naun is a toxic rundown city of crazy alchemist's, Inoia is so called peaceful paradise.

The only to place that are most known in the story is Shurima and Bilgewater, with the latter being quite to my liking in regards to character development, the story and the atmosphere there.

I know it's gonna be hard, but I would love to see of each country and characters storyline. right now most of the lore behind characters feel as if they are just placeholds, rather than a piece of info about their background.
