What does zaun mean? And more importantly, what does someone from zaun look like/what are the key qualities of someone who is zaun/from zaun?

Zaun is a city-state known for it's many industries. Due to all the factories, Zaun is subject to extreme pollution. Zaun is basically run by drug lords. Magic is also kind of rampant (in a bad way) in Zaun. Because of this, there is a lot of stuff that's magic mixed with technology or chemistry. Zac was made in Zaun. Zaun and Piltover have always had a rivalry. Noxus and Zaun are allies. Ionia probably has a general dislike of Zaun, due to Zaun helping Noxus in the Ionian invasion.

Champions from, and residing in, Zaun include: Ekko, Twitch, DrMundo, Singed, Viktor, and Warwick.

This comic takes place in Zaun: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/us/site/ekko-comic/

Hope this helped.

By the way, you should remember that not all people of Zaun can be given stereotypes. I mean, the stereotype is that Zaunites are crazy, drug addicted, chem using, weirdos, but Zac and his parents are from Zaun. They are very nice people. Mundo and Singed are terrible people. Ekko is a good guy. Jinx is batsh*t crazy. And so on.

Let's not forget Janna. She was born and raised in Zaun, but she later moved to Piltover.
