She probably had no clue whats inside the tomb,she probably just knew it was something valuable or powerful

If I remember correctly, that's exactly right. I think she thought it was some kind of treasure or something. Instead, she got scales

Powerful scales actually, and she didn't seem sad about it.

She was seeking for power, and she knew every step she must take to open the chamber (Sivir's Weapon), thats why she killed Sivir.

Also her family didn't need any money AT ALL.

The video doesn't say anything about her reaction to Renekton and Xerath being released,so we don't know if she was surprised or not.

And money is always something that you can't have enough of.

Cass was essentially at the wrong place at the wrong time when she got bitten by the giant snake... But she got what she deserves for what she did to Sivir though.

Haha, exactly my thoughts. She is deadly now. Who cares the beauty while you can turn people to stone with 1 second eye contact? She was a member of powerful noxian family, she is more powerful than ever now. She is gifted more than cursed.

Well, she was known for her beauty. Even though they retconned the origin of the powers, Cass was still the woman of the court in the DuCouteu family

Even if we assume that being turned into a snake-monster (which, by the way, did nothing to the almost perfect female shape of her body and the features of her face) was such a massive blow to Cassiopeia that she went all "woe me", because she's just that vain...

...you have to wonder what the idea of that magic was. Because it still imbued her with unearthly powers that turned a woman with little to no military experience into a threat equal to several well-trained soldiers. Kind of a design flaw.

But then again, if I'm not mistaken, that was still introduced during the dark age of narrative incompetence under Tom "Plot is overrated" Abernathy.

I would say cursed to look like a snake, despite having snake-like powers. Long before the overhaul of the lore, wasn't Katarina the favorite of the two sisters? With Cass being in the shadow of her sister, I doubt being turn into a snake would make her feel... beautiful... but eh, what to i know these days.
