I'd really love to see an unique voice for skins such as Snowmerdinger, Pool party Miss Fortune...
I mean, sometime you get weird quotes that comes with the skin :
Arclight Varus with ''Beware a man with nothing to lose''(you're not even corrupted yet!) Pool party Ziggs and he says ''Anyone got a match?'' (you're throwing water balloons!)
please ;3 ?
Lady Faceless1 votesI doubt it, since it would be a lot of work. However, there is a pretty good Youtube Channel, making custom skin packs. I guess, you could enjoy it.

"a lot of work" a multi national company dedicated to ONE game...k so much work
Lady Faceless1 votesYou still have to hire a Voice Actor for EVERY language. People asking for updated Voice Over since forever and expect from Lux and Maokai we haven't got any. Riot mentioned they wanna go for my update VOs (see Varus and MF), but it still need money and resource for it.
I doubt we will get Skin VOs, but people also asking for announcer packs since the Bilgewater Event and there is actually no reason not to sell them.
