Riot, can you make purchaseable voices for some specific skins ?

I'd really love to see an unique voice for skins such as Snowmerdinger, Pool party Miss Fortune...

I mean, sometime you get weird quotes that comes with the skin :

Arclight Varus with ''Beware a man with nothing to lose''(you're not even corrupted yet!) Pool party Ziggs and he says ''Anyone got a match?'' (you're throwing water balloons!)

I doubt it, since it would be a lot of work. However, there is a pretty good Youtube Channel, making custom skin packs. I guess, you could enjoy it.
