Does Warwick eat people?

The machine on his back seems to be capable of regenerating his cells, but it has to either be getting that mass from somewhere or it has to be creating that mass magically. So either the machine on his back can create mass from the mana in the air around him, or he has to be eating something. As far as I know there aren't many food sources in Zaun that are naturally occurring and I doubt he partakes in commerce.

So basically, he probably eats people if the machine that Singed implanted in him can't sustain him.
