I can see the entire boob with just some cloth covering the nipple and it will still be rated T, but if the nipple is shown, suddenly its rated A. Why is that? Because CULTURE. Its a thing, y'know. Its why Americans don't run around naked yet in many African countries women run around bear breasted with not a second thought.
Its why Graves' cigar was removed, because of another culture, its why nipples aren't completely and utterly exposed, because of American, Asian, and pretty much just most cultures in general.
I'm not arguing that nipples should be shown or cigars should be re-added, but when there's bias to make a character's personality and lore less full because of another culture, I see a problem. Sure maybe if they removed it in those cultures, but they aren't, and its stupid.

Justifying murder over discrepancies in the laws of shoplifting. It's about as silly as declaring since Graves can't have a cigar for offensive reasons, better slap a hijab on every female to appease the Islamic faith.
I'm not saying censorship of a silly cigar is a good thing. Nobody could argue "bad influence" when there are plenty of conservative folks that would regard tattoos equally offensive. At least those two subjects are about on the same scale.

Shroom Junkie1 votesTechnically that's only their focal point, whereas Irelia's is clear as day, but if you want to go there then sure, that's even more that have it while they specifically removed Graves' cigar because the Chinese(or whoever made them remove it) had a problem with it. It just doesn't make sense to me, honestly. I don't care if they keep the cleavage but it just bugs me how they're being biased upon over-sexuality on almost every female that isn't a monster or yordle(even then, Tristana is kind of sexualized), but then they completely remove a cigar because its drugs. I just don't get it, I can't see anyone not playing this game because of a cigar but I can easily see people quitting because of the sexualization.
