a lot of other champions got vus with their new skins. shyv and morg being a few examples, all got minor visual tweaks when they got new skins

but veigar, one of the champions who most needs a vu, got nothing. the new model on omega squad veigar shows that riot knows what they want him to look like and the model for omega squad veigar would have been perfect time to unveil a new veigar model or at least new particles.
