Origins: Azir

For the longest time I just thought that Riot's developers were extremely incompetent, and that was the reason Seth/Azir was held back for so long. I pretty much never thought you guys were running into ACTUAL, puzzling issues. Thank you for sharing his development with everyone. I never knew that Well basically ended up turning into Azir! I thought he was completely scrapped. You guys should make a water skin for Azir, I think.

Now explain why Ao Shin took so long.
