A big military advantage only Demacia and Bandle City seem to have

One thing that I feel like is being glossed over a lot by almost everyone, is that so far, even with Noxus grand and impressive army and Piltovers amazing science, only Demacia and Bandle City have an actual Airforce.

There have been many times where Riot has stated that Demacia has Raptor riders that allow them to fly through the sky, and are a key part of their army, there are even illustrations of it the map, of the soldiers and the giant beast they take. This is one huge advantage that Demacia has around all opposition and might be a big reason on why Noxus can't attack even though they are so close, Air Advantage is strong and can be used for as much as scouting, picking people off or even just for sending quick and important messages during battle.

And yet in the vice-versa, granted we still know close to nothing of but given he doesn't seem to be in Piltover in the map and is actually in Bandle City, it is actually believable that the Yordles are the ones with the Strong Airforce. Now Corki has never really been expanded much on the lore and Bandle City is still a very big enigma, but we do know by some champs (,) that they have a military and with and , its not hard to believe that plans are easy to create for them but it does bring the question of, with how hard and near impossible it is to reach Bandle City, why do they need a Military and even one so advance to get an AirForce?

Also, I want to point out that the two culture that probably most differs in views to magic have gotten flight by possible the opposite way, Demacians must tame these magical creatures while Bandle City just makes planes, just a funny little thought I got.
