Im a little surprised we haven't seen a Riven skin.
Not that she need one right away, but she has 2 seasonal skins. 1 of them is only available around worlds for a short period of time. I am just curious if she on the list.

As far as we know,she is not on the list for a VGU,she merely didn't get a skin for this year.
but she did get the re-release of championship when that had not been available for years
Riven's last skin was Arcade from August 2015. She barely will make the cutoff for the champions I would mention for my second no skins for 16+ month post that I will make sometime over the Christmas break. To note, the PBE skins will knock out several July/August champions from that list (Gangplank, Quinn and Garen). I believe the list is sitting somewhere in the mid forties, which isn't too bad for a year of work. It is an increase from the last list, but the quality of skins this year has been much higher.
Well there's crimson elite, redeemed, battle bunny, arcade and dragon blade... Seems like she REALLY doesn't need another skin considering there's 5 there already, when we have champions who had just 2 for ages(like Yorick), and some who have 1 because of being relatively new (like Jhin)
Seasonal skins are mostly linked to celebrated holiday events that happen every year; Snowdown Showdown, Harrowing, Lunar Revel, Valentine's Day and April Fools all fall into that category but not Worlds as that is not a holiday
as far as I know; Riven has 2 Legacy skins, one being a seasonal skin (Dragon Blade), the other being related to Worlds
