Are the primal yordles seen as inferior to the regular yordle society?

Well, given that Gnar is the only Primal Yordle alive today (that we know of), I'd say he'd be looked at more as a curiosity than anything. And at the same time, with his rage gene, I don't think anyone being mean to him would last very long.
Any inferiority perceived by contemporary yordles is likely cognitive in nature; Gnar is not exactly the most sophisticated fellow. In any other regard, I do not think they look down on their primitive kin. It would be terribly unfair to expect more from a species a few thousand years out of date.
It's like comparing Cho'Gath with Kog'Maw. They're from the same place but that's about it.
Well first off, comparing a primitive individual to a violent sociopath isn't the best comparison, but by all accounts yes. Look at the great megling genocide for example.
Gnar is the only one of its kind and he doesn't even live in Bandle city,so primal yordles are not even a part of the yordle society at all
