Yasuo is 28 at the oldest. Why does he look 42 in that art?

Why are his eyebrows so bushy? They're supposed to be long and straight.

Why is the tip of his nose so much deeper? It's supposed to be straight and slightly pointing forward at the end.

Why does he look so much more Asian overall? As an Asian character, he only looks slightly Asian. So why did the artist go overboard on Asian facial features? Does the artist know who Yasuo is? Did the artist AT LEAST look at what he actually looks like before drawing this false version of him? Why did this get OK'd? Does this prove that QA doesn't actually care about their job? Is there even QA for art?

You obviously didn't read the story mate.

Yasuo got his hairtie from Taliyah at the end of the story. He's had that tie for as long as we've known him. This is a prequel to his in-game appearance. And his lore is the prequel to this story.

He wasn't born with the scar, so presumably he got it sometime in between that story and the state we find him in game. So you can believe he hadn't gotten his hair tie yet but you can't believe he hadn't gotten his scar yet? Besides Jaredan said so himself that Yasuo hadn't gotten scarred yet.

No, he got a hair tie from her.

Look back at the Yasuo promo and you'll see a young man, who's implied to be Yasuo, with his hair tied like we know him. Combined with the story we can assume he stopped wearing his hair like that for a while (likely while hiding) before resuming (after being found out).

I think the nose is way off and the rest could be fixed if they put the collar to its proper height. I'm not sure how many years have past since his splash's point in the timeline, but surely not 15-20 years.
