By lore, I don't just mean a cameo, but an explanation of how it was made, it's function, or anything famous it did.

It is Blade of the of Ruined King, literally. Before Blessed Isles was shattered by the potent magic, It belonged to Ruined King. After transformation of whole Isles, it is also corrupted by Black Mist and became a powerful weapon.

Not directly but I believe before magic was casted, Ruined King was carrying the weapon with himself. Kalista says ''It was not his blade that stole our lives.'' Which probably means when they were in the last seconds, it was not Ruined King that killed us with this weapon but Hecarim with his spefic weapon.

The story of the Deadman Plate is basically the lore of Gangplank, Illaoi and the Burning Tides.

The Second one is the Hextech Staff of Viktor

The Story of the Armguard was something about Lissandra and Sejuanni... It was the armguard of Lissandra, but Sejuanni has it for some reason that i dont know.

Yes, The Seeker's Armguard was an Artifact of the Frozen Watchers and Sejuani has it for unknown reasons
