How does Valoran's technology compare to ours?

I was in discussion with my friends about how different parts of Valoran seem to be at different stages of technology, for example, Demacia is more in line with medieval technology, whilst the Freljord is more in line with Anglo Saxon technology.

But relating to the question, places like Zaun and Piltover seem to be ahead in terms of modern technology compared to others, but do they have the same kind of technology like us? (I.E: SmartPhones, Flat screen TV's, Internet, Self-service checkout, etc) Of course being styled differently.

If not, are they slightly advanced/behind to some degree compared to us? Some people seem to have different ideas when it relates to RP blogs or artwork. But it would be nice to know where it truly stands.

Apologies if this seems like a strange/obvious question.

So far we've got: Ekko: A time machine Viktor: A Cyborg Jinx: Pocket-Gatling and Rocket-Launcher (Not sure if it's just gameplay, but they do get smaller when you use the other) Urgot: Reviving technology (though it sucks at it's job) Zac: Artificial life Vi: Pneumatic-Robo-Fists Jayce: MC-Hammer (Laser Cannon and so on) Corki: A weird Airship and a 'stache Heimerdinger: Targeting turrets, rockets, grenades (and probably much more, which isn't ingame) Rumble: A gundam robot Caitlyn Graves Jhin Ziggs Zilean Tristana: The weapons and gadgets of these guys. Though they are not as standing out in comparison to the others on the list, or to our world, they are special in comparison to, let's say Garen's sword (and most of the other non-magical weapons).

To conclude: They (mostly Zhaun) do have technology more advanced than ours. Ekko, Viktor and Zed are the best examples I think. But I doubt they have things like smartphones, or the internet. From what we know, the cities of Runeterra are kinda like their own countries. We've got Demacia and Noxus, which are city-states and we've got Piltover and Zhaun, which are (just) cities. It doesn't seem like either has a very big (compared to our standards) territory. Demacia and Noxus and Piltover and Zhaun repectively are in rivalry with the other cities and either don't require or don't want communication with them. So, large-range communication devices like phones and the internet most likely don't exist. But I don't know. They probably could easily do such things, when they can build a time-machine, they just don't think of it. Every invention starts with the idea.

EDIT: I forgot Blitzcrank and Orianna

Honestly, i know this is a shitty answer, Valorans technology is whatever Riot wants it to be at any given time. If a character looks cool - Add it in! Let the lore team figure it out - Then fire them!

Been the philosophy since day 1.

Not bashing Riot or anything, just dont expect consistancy :P

Most of their inventions are either hextech or steampunk, but comparing them to our technology is a bit weird since they focus their research at different levels. They seem to lack communication system and entertainment systems, which makes the technology level for civilians quite low, but a lot of champions have access to technology that is "superior" o ours.

Depends. Most advanced technology is either extremely expensive or rare. Piltovian carbines in MFs lore for example. When it comes to city states that utilize seemingly less advanced weapons it is jot because they are drastically behind on weapons tech. Its becuase they prefer to use their ancient enchanted weapons like Garens sword over expensive prototypes.
