It sounds like the person is laughing from below the water,so I think it is an aquatic champion.

And since Gangplank & MissFortune are getting updates I think it is quite likely that a Bilgewater event is incoming.

Well they aren't released on the public servers yet, but I have tried them in the PBE and I have to say they are amazing! Can't believe riot took so long to release them! I really do hope someone does keep their part of the deal and gift me one.

I wish I could, but "HE" has asked me to keep his name in secret, I have no information on the type of skin since it's still in production but if it is a Cyber Ninja skin or a legendary/ultimate I will make sure to gift you it ;)

wtf dude it's strange, an other guy on disqus(surr at 20) told me that zed will get 1350 or 1820 rp skin at harrowing, it cant be a coincidence, if it's not the same guy, we got this official :D

doesnt sound like a champion exactly ( not gp, not zac,...) so I think it's like shadow isles event or somthing very dark, remember the harrowing video, we could see a ship on "dark" water and hecarim coming.

Could be him. Who knows. Soon after Ekko, though? Probably not. An elemental champion as Brand's opposite. According to Brand he was human but some imprisoned flame took over his body.

Zed is hidden under river and is laughing cause they die. Zed wants to show that he has the best laugh. Nah really, I think it's just zac underwater skin (legendary imo, because in the pbe there are only three 750 rp tier skin ).

last game I played (that went on for around 55 mins, we were messing around), the enemy team surrendered and the screen flickered normal to grey while the screen panned to the nexus. This is the first time I've seen this and it happened to my friends I was playing with so it wasn't a bug. I don't know what it was for but maybe it's linked to this?
