Did you know that you can see kindred on Amumu's video song which has been released on 26/1/2015 you can see the "wolf" following amumu from 00:50 to 01:10 that's 9 Months before the release of kindred... [zombie-brand-mindblown]

Unlike what the most of the people thinks, its not Wolf.
In the video you can see that "the shadow" shapeshift in many forms, not only a wolf... and that wolf has no mask on his face.
They confirmed its not wolf.
Work on Kindred only started after that video was done. At best the moving shadow might have influenced the Rioters who worked on Kindred,but I doubt even that.
Kindred is Lamb and Wolf. I see a plain wolf in a dark forrest.
