Is a Quiyana a dwarf/gnome?

No one mentioned this teaser for the new champion we got a while ago but either the perspectives are really weird or the new champ could actually not be generic human. The female figure on the branch is almost certainly Quiyana considering the haircut and visible crown silhouette, she looks very short. This would explain why her proportions seem a bit off in her teaser, especially the thighs. Or maybe she is just a kid in the teaser, but why would a kid wear a crown?

Keep in mind they are willing to go with more exaggerated in-game models recently, as long as they look good from the usual camera angle. People were a bit freaked out by Irelia, too, but she's still human.

While I really think its just a combination of Qiyana being rather short and the picture hiding a large part of her legs in the shadows.

However this teaser picture makes me wonder if we aren't already seeing the silhouette of the upcoming ADC considering that some speculate the ADC to be Ixtal-related too.
