her combat theme is that she is a fencer who can hit weak points, lunge, sidestep and parry. like a fencer does. because...she's a fencer...

There's a lot of champions without a theme.

Karthus Anivia Annie Rumble just to name a few. There's some skins that have themes, but if that's the case, Project: Fiora already shares the Project: Overdrive theme.
