What is an... Illaoi? Is it something you eat?
I thinks itshe unlikely that the 2nd skin will be a legendary and giving Illaoi a non-skinline skin would be better after the mistake of Voidbringer ( something like dunkmaster etc. that is new , off a theme or some irregular like mecha)
