If Xayah and Rakan's new skins have had their splash art revealed first..

..Would people have reacted differently to the skins overall?

It goes without saying that the updated splash arts get all the more exciting with each passing update to the game. But that had me thinking:

** Would Xayah and Rakan's skins have been better received if the PBE had shown the splash art for them sooner, rather than later?**

Also what was the problem with these skins, precisely? I know it's somewhat of an old topic now, but I just want to know what was wrong with these skins. in the first place.
