No, they are the ones making the announcement and collecting feedback.

That doesn't mean they are the ones who thought of it.

Oh hey! Glad you like these. I'm one of the writers contributing skin descriptions and those were some of mine.

Luckily I've worked a fair bit with Pentakill (the literal, human team) and was a big fan of Brütal Legend when it came out in '09, so when I saw these skins were assigned to me I knew that the metal could never be contained.

Well, it is a new feature and a lot of skins got lore now. It'll take a long while for Riot to give every one of them a few lines though so them going by skin theme first seems logical.

You mean doing what a billion other games do with little lore snipets for skins? IE Overwatch?

Yeah, but not with EVERY single skin. Overwatch only has snippets for a few of them. League is going for E V E R Y skin from E V E R Y skinline.

KairoptraJan 10, 20181 votes

Nope, LOADS of skins are getting this stuff.

Thanks for sharing this! Pentakill is probably low-key my favorite skinline,so it was nice to get an early look at what they're getting for their little lore blurbs.
