Is there any possibility of adding in something based off Voodoo?

I've asked this before, but I'll ask it again: Why has there not been any sort of Voodoo Champion made?

Now before you say "Annie", while she does hail from the "Voodoo Lands", she doesn't carry a Voodoo vibe about her. She's the little kid pyromaniac with a GIANT FLAMING BEAR. Where do you see any chicken bones piercing her skin? (Yes, I'm being stereotypical, but it's to get the point across.) Besides, I imagine Riot is going to retcon the Voodoo Lands out.

And yes, I do know about Tabu, but that was many years ago. I'm sure by now that Riot could have made more attempts.

Thus the question at hand. What would be so wrong about a Voodoo-centric Champion? Is it too offensive? Is it something that just wouldn't fit in Runeterra? Or is there some other reason?

For the rest of us, discuss the idea of a Voodoo Champion. How would you design it? What would the story be? How would it fit into the many plots going on in League's story?

It depends on where they could actually squeeze in the archetype of a Voodoo...manipulator? I dunno what you'd call it, but regardless where would it go? Likely somewhere that has yet to be properlly explored, such as the Kumungu, Plague Jungles, or even Blue Flame Isle, the island Bilgewater presides on.

There's also the issues with how the Voodoo operates. Riot's actually been pretty good in what they've written to make sure if there's any mention of anything relating to mysticism and spiritualism, it's proper and firmly a part of the world of Runeterra. "Oh my gods!" from Twitch's lore comes to mind, so there has to be some pretty deep explanation to where this voodoo power comes from, considering the culture and belief systems revolving around the concept in the real world.

Just some thoughts of mine, what do you guys think?

Overall I think the reason is simply the same why we still don't have a mirror champ,or a harpy champ,or a yuki-onna,or a djinn,etc. because they simply never made one.

There are so many things they have yet to do and riot basically tries to give each new champion some kind of different archetype that is not already in the game(made a thread about that in the old forums,will probably copy it into the boards,but dunno where to put it...),I mean vel'koz is a beholder,Braum a strongman/shieldguard,Gnar is a caveyordle with hulk powers and Azir is a Ra-expy/emporer/sand-mage.

If they made a vodoo-champ then I'd say he/she should be from the vodoo-lands for obvious reasons.
