Jayce is just a glory-hog who is willing to let people die so he can stroke his overinflated ego. I bet he and Draven would get along nicely.
Meanwhile Viktor puts his knowledge to good use, including helping that kid in his short story. That was quite... satisfying.

Now you are overexaggerating. Jayce did not know what Viktor was doing,it was simply a misunderstanding.
And honestly,who can blame him?I mean Viktor,the guy who was known to dislike "human error" had corpses with opened skulls lying around his lab and didn't try to explain the situation to jayce,instead commanding his soldiers to kill jayce.
They simply both made mistakes in that story-part.
The best thing Jayce ever did was invent a hammer-gun to smash and blow stuff up.
He was never "the" hero.
That said, his flurry of lies in the new lore only seem this bad because Vik's lore implies Viktor spends every waking moment of his life helping others. And I think we accidentally did that (we, being the Viktor fanbase - who complained when we saw Jayce's lore. :P)
They're morally gray. Though I get the feeling I'd get along well with Viktor. We're both irritable yet will help people any way we know how. Though I'm not viktor levels of smarts.
