Sion and Galio
When I looked at Sion's updated wiki, he has some quotes to Galio. Apparently they've fought thousands of times. Is this a sign of a Galio retcon or development? I thought he was created recently.

Nothing in Galio's lore really pins down when he was created or when Durand met his end on Noxian blades. The only real suggestion we receive is that work to create artificial life was notably more common "long before the [League]", thus implying that the gargoyle could be quite old indeed. With Sion being re-established as a warrior who fought and died long in the past, it looks like Riot are interested in establishing Durand's creations as one of the reasons Demacia had the upper-hand on its rival city-state.
I think they make interesting foils for each other: Golems from another age, one who seeks to understand humanity and come to terms with possessing free will and the other who only knows fleeting bouts of sanity and is bound to serve more by magic and deception than his own choice. How sad that Sion, once a great mortal hero, is now less human than the sentinel with flesh of stone and a mind forged by magic.
If this is a possible sneak on Galio's mini-rework I am glad to see it because I really like him and his archetype (Anti-mage Tank enchanted-stone Gargoyle) I am all for it :D
