Hextech Rammus
Who in the hell decided hextech rammus should be a thing? i honestly need to know, there are alot of other champs that could have used it, and deserve a skin over rammus

Rammus doesnt have many good skins. What makes any champ deserve a hextech skin more than another?

And before you say something like Ornn, let me hit you with some logic. Hextech skins are very exclusive. You can only get them through gemstones. So, do you really want someone like Ornn's only other skin to be something that you can't immediately get? Victorious skins are the same way. Champions with very few skins aren't chosen for them because they don't want a champion's only other skin to be something so exclusive.
Rammus now has infinitely more Hextech skins than Lux or Ez do. Clearly, Rammus's Hextech skin should be removed and given to Lux or Ez.
Idk Hextech skins lost their exclusivity, there is nothing special about them other than being hard to get.
