Riot, Star Guardian Poppy should have some blue effects.

In her splash art we see her star buckler is blue. Yet in game when thrown it is yellow.

Sure there is a tiny blue comet trail, but I feel that it isn't matching with the splash art.

As for her other abilities, people argue that because she's melee you can't change the looks of her abilities that much without confusion. Would changing her W to have more of a blueish tinge really effect the clarity that it's being activated? Or making her E blue so it more accurately fits with her being the blue shooting star? I can understand not changing the colors of the Q because that has a delay (though does Taric's stun color change with his skins? I know Ekko's W does).

Was Poppy's the last skin to be made? Would that explain the lack of blue in her abilities?

Hey! I think the reason we never really caught onto this is because Poppy in-game is 75% gold hammer, so the VFX never felt off. Looking at the splash and how blue it is we understand the disconnect and are looking into it. We have heard the feedback!

Honestly the argument that making the W be blue would cause clarity issues is false. Super Galaxy Shyvanna features a VERY dark blue on her W, and yet the particles show up perfectly fine on the skin. There is nothing stopping them from making Poppy's abilities closer to blue. The E should 100% resemble a shooting star imo. Poppy actually has A LOT of particles to work with in regards to her skins, it is just that some are quite brief, but are still noticed. Poppy's skin feels VERY lackluster in regards to the others, especially considering all of the other skins (Minus Lux but hers doesn't count), have some sort of Companion that is 100% new animation and model. Hers being made last, and as a result being made sub-par in regards to the other wouldn't surprise me in the least.

I agree, I feel like the 'hint' of blue is incredibly light. I'd like to see them turn it up a lot. The vibrant blue in her splash is really what makes me interested in getting it. I am okay with there being gold since she does have quite a bit of gold on her model, but I almost feel like simply because it is gold by default, it should have been changed to blue, just to make it feel even more special.

Even though I like Poppy's Star Guardian skin the most I totally agree. Adding more blue to her skill effects would make the skin absolutely perfect. Hopefully a Rioter sees this

Agreed. Please make her abilities match the color of her splash.

I agree. They should hotfix that.

Agreed. All the poppy skins effects are basically the same gold color, and having this skin with that is a little disappointing

I agree, and also think they should give her a familiar like the other skins. But that's just me.

I'm wondering if Janna, Poppy and Lulu are going to have unique dances. Lux had a unique one.
