@Riot: Please don't listen to those boobplate haters. I'd rather have impractical than bland.

If you were to pound out the breasts from Leona's plating, I'd be really disappointed that she can't be curvy in battle. In fact, if it were like that, I'd find it boring. And Riot hates boring, right?

The armor nuts take it too seriously. Keep the metal mounds.

The problem is, since boobplate armor is replacing all those non-boobplate armor... it's getting old.

Ladies can still look feminine without having to wear boobplate armor. Just look at old Kayle splash: http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20141014010651/leagueoflegends/images/d/d1/Kayle_OriginalSkin_old2.jpg You can see a little "bump" at her breast area, but they don't fit the contour of the boobs at the middle.

But look, she has an actual waist, and even the armor itself already tell us that it's female. I mean, her armor looks feminine, yet stylish and practical.

It's okay to have boobplate armor here and there. But don't make EVERY single armored lady wearing boobplates, that's just as bland.

I'm what you would call a "boob plate hater" but not because it's impractical, it's just plain ugly. It's like wearing metal spandex. All I'd want is some nice looking armor that looks like armor.

For female warriors space for breasts would be important for comfort when fighting. If you made this space and then thickened the metal to be flat again it would add to much weight. So the armor should of curves/pop outs to reflect this.
