...then every singer/musician present in one of them should get to chose which champion is going to represent them, similarly to World Champions skins.

Obviously there would be restrictions in order to ensure the Music skin line's consistency in its lore but it would be cool honestly. If I'm not wrong, K/DA Akali's singer is coming back for True Damage Akali's voice and it consolidates her identity as a single person rather than two different group singer, and establishing that for all singers would really help strengthening the music group skin lines.

The whole point of these events is to bring more and more to the game, the singers choosing the champion might be harmful to the goal in mind.

Who says they even need a singer attached? Kai'sa's group can be purely instrumental dance.
