Ya ready for Taric?!?!?!!!!!
With the teaser dropping last week, he should be announced and put in the PBE for testing tomorrow!
I've waited years for this. I know they're going to knock it out the park

DeadlyStalker1 votesHow do you know? You can't really trust Riot anymore after April 1 2016.
Unpaladin5 votesHow did Riot break anyone's trust with that? They never promised URF to begin with, nor did they promise it in 2015. They even apologized prior to this event saying that it won't be available.
Hethalean1 votesBecause they are teasing his changes, spending money on videos hinting at it. They didn't do any teasing for URF this year like they did last year (AKA the NURF game mode that they said was going to be 'the game mode'). NURF being an entirely crappy, super unfun game mode that was the complete opposite of URF.
