Riot might have logistics trouble in getting VO updates going, but let's ease their burden a bit by suggesting some dialogue.
To start off this series, I'm going to go with everyone's favorite busty bounty hunter, Miss Fortune. If you have some lines you think would work, post them below.

Really wanted to make a "bounty/booty" joke, but the translaters suggest that would be a nightmare.

Well.. since Trist has roughly 20 lines of Attacking/Moving, I was thinking of things Fortune might say for the most common of things (since she only has 6 Attacking and 8 Moving which include a couple odd lines breaking the 4th wall so to speak).
Attacking:
"I call this aggressive parley."
"When negotiations fail..."
"This won't hurt for long."
"You don't get this reputation playing nice."
"Good thing bullets are cheap."
"I don't have to miss." (Princess Bride moment... sorry)
"You can have my opinion."
"The sea isn't forgiving."
"Now that's a deal-breaker."
"Simple, yet effective."
"How much are you worth?"
"Nothing personal. Just business."
Moving:
"You have to be quick in all things."
"On to the next order."
"I could run this place better."
"Some people need to be killed."

"They obsess over taming the wild. Some learn better."

And while I know only a few have this and it could be applicable to just about any champion...
Respawning:

I'm surprise no one made allied/enemy taunts for 
! Than again I wouldn't know what she'll say to her either.
"Hey sheriff! Heard you're struggling to catch one simple bounty. Need any advice?" (Taunt is towards either not finding "C" or catching Jinx.)
I wanted to add one more, but I didn't know how to word it. Pretty much a Lord of the Rings reference with Legolas and Gimli counting kills but with how many bounties/criminals they capture instead.

MF completes her ult with one or more kills:
"Blunder-busted."
MF is killed during her ult, overrides her death line:
"Blunder-busted..."
There's plenty of other good lines in the thread that I would love to see happen, thought I'd tackle something a bit more unique.
