If, I am not mistaken, I do believe that the Shadow Isles bunch got their lores shorten. Was this just a random change, or are we getting anymore lore for the Shadow Isles? So were not getting any new lore for the shadow isles; more shortened lore ...
Given that the rest of the Shurima bios aren't finished as of this moment, I wouldn't expect any Shadow Isles bios to be released until December at the earliest.
So one could say, the shortened champ bios are harrowing indeed!

They want to add the full lores to the official page,but it looks like they have a problem linking the full lore to the main page,while linking the short lore to the client,since both draw their lores from the same source(this is why they released the Xerath and Azir lores on the forums). Once the problem is solved they will hopefully put some full lores onto the main page.
Their shortened lore is just a short version of the big lore which is on the website right now, it doesn't change anything about them theme or story-wise
