its honestly not that bad but the choice of her red and the random yellow breastplate
riot wanted to convey the theme of looking at light makes your eyes burn by making her a fashion disaster
afaik that skin was very quickly changed to her modern classic skin colors
In general I feel like they were going for a Cheerleader-like design,but she really looked bad in that version.
I know W stealth option is so overpowered that changed. but It is true lux visual must be changed.
