How did skins like Red Baron Corki ever make it to 1820 status???

Because I got this in my hextech crafting and god damn is this not even remotely close to legendary. I really hope that it's going to be updated with his visual update; I was extremely disappointed I wasted orange shards on this scrap.

thats why it is legacy. Because it is so outdated that it isn't worth the 1820 rp anymore.

Only Thing it got what no other Skin i know got is the Sound of the engine. I actually love it due to that
