Talon Question

Just how dangerous is Talon, in terms of killing, does this guy kill targets that are male or female or just male and does he target people on his own terms or someone pulls the strings on him? How many people has he killed so far rough estimate? Also what's with dumping corpses in gutter or sewers, imo, I don't think that is the best spot to hide a corpse.
