Galio is as far as I can guess is a fairly ancient figure in Demacian culture. The creator of Galio, who I can only assume is still Durand, had the unusual motivation to craft his hands with only 3 fingers, something I find very unusual in a human society. There's really no other creatures to base this off of. I mean, why didn't Durand's schematics include 5 fingers?

I'm going to suspect that Durand met either Jax or one of his species a long time ago and was so impressed with their combat capabilities that he based his legendary artifact off of their physique.

Your thoughts?

Jax's Species

Have you, by chance, read Jax's pretty new color story? There, it says that he's actually corrupted by the Void (similarly to Kassadin), rather than being a part of some odd, mysterious species. :P
