With Singed becoming more prominent for the Zaun scene, when will he get a new VO?

Singed's voiceover is... let's face it, pretty weak outside of his laugh. But even the laugh could be better, IMO. Given that he's going to be one of the major bigshots in Zaun once the Zaun Universe update comes, I'm hoping that Riot has plans to give him a new voiceover. Maybe it won't be soon, but it should happen eventually.
