I have a feeling Mordekaiser has slipped into that pit where he's in limbo and blacklisted from the skin team because of the need for a lot of future work.

Not worth on riots side. 3 people buying the skin isn't enough to make up for the time making it.
Maybe they can just give him the skin update treatment; Leave him with his plastic animations and model and just give him an amazing legendary skin.
