Why does Swain now look so... handsome?

Champion Update: Swain, the Noxian Grand General

And why does it feel intentional? To me, it doesn't either feel good, or bad. But just look at his new Bilgewater skin splash art. Why do I get the sensation that from now on, all Leblanc x Swain fan art and fanfiction it's gonna get more prolific, and that in the future we will see old crack pairings like Katarina all over the internet? You have opened a pandora box that should had remain shut, Riot.

I mean, he is a huge part of Noxus and he does seem to have a great deal of pride... at least from first glance. I'm not sure someone of such huge stature in Noxus would be intentionally ugly.

Because new Riot is afraid of creativity. They want to make pretty generic characters.

All reworked champions look handsome, don't they ? You can explain it by a better quality of splash arts/models, an overall art improvement and i guess they could say its just more enjoyeable to play an attractive champion than a old ugly one. I can see the reasoning behind this! Don't mean i do agree, but i suppose they try to make them appealing to match some new criterias of modernity.

When are they gonna update the Lore anyway?

People prefer to play handsome champions in general, they explained it not long ago when they talked about how old yorick and urgot were more or less as ugly as hitting your father with a steel pointed boot in the balls, and that led to them not being played that much (among other things)

Well he didn't impress me with his look. I don't find him neither attractive nor handsome.

I may main him, but It definitely wouldn't be because of his look.
