Seriously, this Scarecrow could be terrifying, but he's held back by his animations and current rig.
Sadly Riot doesn't want to do pure VU anymore but VGU's.
We have to get through Taric and Yorick first it seems.
The new Baron and Twisted Fate came from this cinematic, Fiddlesticks is the only one outdated now and probably he will get this appearance aswell
