(Champion concept: Battlemage) Mug'gri the Hopes End

Mug'gri is a void born forgotten by his own people. Even in the early ages of his life other void beings avoided him, higher entities sensed a great anger in his mind towards new life with unknown origins. Unlike others Mug'gri didn't share a common goal like the rest of his kind, consuming and corrupting everything in his path didn't interest him. He wanted to destroy everything that gives life but not life that has already been given a long time ago. He would protect those whose life slowly came to an end and slaughter those who only had their first breath. The carnage that occurred on the Blessed Isles lured Mug'gri out of the void, such life bringing wonder destroyed beyond saving, he just had to see it with his own eyes. Myth say that he never left this world, that he is still housing on the Isles because he is sure that no life will ever be created ever again there and that he will protect this "gift".

Mug'gri gains a stack after hitting an enemy with a basic attack / ability or getting hit by a basic attack / on hit effect / single target spell.
At 7 stacks Mug'gri blinks to an enemy champion (Around Ezreal blink range) with his next basic attack and deals an additional (40% AP) magic-dmg and applies Glimmer of Hope
Glimmer of Hope: The enemy gains an inactive shield that grows the more damage he takes over the duration of 3 seconds (Kind of like Tahm's gray health). The shield activates after the 3 seconds for 50%/75%/100% of total damage dealt to the target and stays active for 2 seconds.

Mana cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6/5 seconds
Mug'gri charges forward and explodes after a brief delay, dealing 50/70/90/110/130 (+80% AP) magic-dmg around him (around Galio taunt sized AOE) and slows enemies struck 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% for 2.5 seconds.

Mana cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Cooldown: 13/11/9/7/5 seconds
Targeting allies with the same lvl or above damages Mug'gri for 50 (+50 x seconds active) true-dmg every second but gives the ally a shield steadily growing equal to 100% dmg dealt to shield or 110%/120%/130%/140%/150% dmg dealt to Mug'gris HP pool (connection range around Taric W)
Targeting yourself creates a 50/80/110/140/170 shield and your next basic attack will deal (100% of active shields + active shields x 0.1% AP) in magic-dmg to your enemy and destroy your shields.

Mana cost: 80/90/100/110/120 Cooldown: 28/24/20/16/12 seconds
Mug'gri channels for 0.75 seconds and completely consumes every non-ally shield around him (Galio ult impact size). He gains 50%/55%/60%/65%/70% from the consumption as a shield for 6 seconds and adds grevious wounds to those who he stole shields from.

Mana cost: 100/150/200 Cooldown: 180/140/100 seconds
Mug'gri throws an orb of concentrated void energy on the ground, dealing 100/150/200 (+ 50% AP) magic-dmg in a Ziggs ult sized AOE. Following the initial dmg the maelstrom deals 50 + ((0/10/20 + 8% AP) x seconds active) magic-dmg per second (a champion will take a max. of 4 seconds of dmg and the dmg doesn't ramp up past 4 second) (A little number example to better understand the DOT dmg: With 400AP and ult lvl 2 you deal 92/134/176/218 = 620 dmg in total + 350 initial dmg, if someone is mad enough to walk into the maelstrom while it already has channeled for a while it will hit him HARD)
- The AOE slows for 20%-40%/60%/80% (20% in the center)
- Champions get grounded in the outer circle of the ult (where the slow is the strongest). They still can flash out of the ult from the inner circle tough.
- The AOE stays there as long as there is an enemy champion in it (min. 3 seconds).
- Getting hit directly by the AOE or walking into it grants **Glimmer of Hope **
#Combos
- The trading combo (long trades): Engage with passive / Use Q / wait for Glimmer of hope / cast E / W yourself / Auto
- The trading combo (short trades): Engage with passive or Q / W yourself / Auto / Bail out with Q if not used for engage
- The teamfighting combo (dmg): Ult as many people as possible / wait for Glimmer of hope / E / W yourself / Auto
- The teamfigthing combo (protect): Ult as many people as possible / cast W on ally / wait for Glimmer of hope / E
- The ultimate perfect combo (never going to happen): Ult 5 people / Q on all 5 / Glimmer of hope triggers on all 5 / E all 5 for 6k shield / W yourself / Auto for 6.5k dmg
#Concerns
- There is propably no other champion better to troll with that this one. Giving enemies shields left and right well... yeah...
- I feel like he needs a movement speed burst somewhere in his kit (Kind of like Ekko needs one)
- He fully relies on his E being used well to survive in a teamfight (Maybe adding a %dmg reduction based on how many enemies hit in his Q might be an idea)

- Ult nerfed (AS / CD / Damage AMP debuff removed / grounded debuff changed)
- Passive changed (stacks changed from 10/7/4 to 7 at all ranks)
- W on ally cast changed (shield-shield transformation nerfed / HP-shield transformation buffed)
- E channel time increased from 0.5 to 0.75 seconds
