[Champion Concept] Elaine: And her lovely ladies
The whisper of the Crimson Elites are known well throughout Noxus, and victims know them better. No mistakes, no failure, no witnesses. A general to the elites, Fury is a adapt-to-kill champion. She carries her "Lovely Ladies," a seemingly endless array of throwing knives, into the backs of all her enemies. Fury is a burst marksman/assassin who is rewarded to fluidity and picking out stragglers. Able to adapt to any combat situation, dueling her is different the first and the tenth attempts.

Passive: Measure Twice, Cut Once Fury's skills cost no mana to cast but instead store a charge (up to 2). At 2 charges her 3rd skill will be a different skill depending on the combination she has input based on charges (*). Additionally for every stack of Fan, Fury gains 25% bonus attack damage. And for every stack of Strafe, Fury gains 15 movement speed. 1 Point may be put into the passive to increase the bonuses to 30% bonus attack damage, and 20 movement speed.
*Fury has no resource bar instead she has charges (max of 2) when she casts either her Q or her W. Once she has 2 charges stored her E "Bloom" is able to be cast. On cast, an entirely new skill, depending on the combination of Q and W, will be cast (see E).
Q: Fan Fury throws a cone of knives in a cone, dealing damage. Enemies hit by multiple knives takes 20% reduced damage from each successive knife. Cooldown: 3.5 seconds
W: Strafe Fury gracefully leaps to a target area a short distance away. If Fury jumps over an enemy Fury will attack them will a basic attack. Cooldown: 3.5 seconds Leap Range:625
E: Bloom Fury consumes her charges to cast an entirely new ability. Fury is required to have 2 charges in order to cast this skill. Skill ranks put into this skill increase the effectiveness of her new abilities.
Tempo (QQ): Fury's may now cast "Fan" 3 times at no cooldown. However, these 3 casts do not generate stacks and do 75% damage, and once the 3rd cast is finished "Fan" will go on cooldown. Cooldown: 8 seconds
Blindside (QW): Fury throws a wave of knives at her feet making a slowing zone. She ignores unit collision for 2 seconds.
Tour Jeté (WW): Fury dashes through the closest enemy champion in range, dealing damage. If this skill kills an enemy champion "Bloom" is reset and Fury throws knives in a small circle dealing a heavy slow. Slow: 70/75/80/85% Dash range: 500
Rend (WQ): Fury gains a buff that makes her blades vampiric for 3 seconds. For the buff's duration she gains 3% stacking lifesteal per basic attack for the duration of the buff.
R: Bouquet Fury quickly jumps into the air where she's standing and begins channelling waves of knives for 8 seconds (3 waves of knives per second). She throws them in 3 large waves that radiate from her and travel outward. Cooldown: 100/80/60 seconds
