Champion Concept: Flux, The Partical Deviant

Flux is a take on ap dps that plays using a blend of electromagnetic energy and antimatter she handles team fights with auto attacks and pivotal crowd control spells. (this is a rough concept, as in i think shes kind of over powered right now, but balancing is welcome) Im hoping to base this champ on a cdr, attack speed, ap dependance.

Base Stats: Health: 589 – 2119 Health Regen: 7.4 – 21.9 Mana: 300 – 895 Mana Regen: 7.0 – 13.8 Ranged: 500

Attack Damage: 57 – 98 Attack Speed: 0.625 (+0% – 17.0%) Armor: 22.9 – 82.4 Magic Resist: 30.0 Mov. Speed: 330

Passive: Molecular Breakdown Flux's abilities effect her enemies on a cellular level exposing them to attacks. When Flux damages an opponent with a spell, her next basic attack does bonus damage and applies a 25% slow.

Q: Proton Cannon Flux distorts the space around her at a small point in the form of a small black hole. After a brief delay the space will shoot a high speed beam in a straight line dealing damage. If Flux is hit by the beam she gains movement speed. Magic Damage: 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+80% AP) Range: 1500 Cost: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 Mana Cooldown: 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6

W: Quantum Fragmentation Flux tosses out a device that grows the further it travels, but slows as it nears its max range. Enemies near the twisted space are dramatically slowed and have their magic resist reduced.

If Flux hits Quantum Fragmentation with her proton cannon the device will detonate dealing bonus damage based on how close they were to ground zero. Range: 1075 Slow: 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55% Magic Resist Reduction: 15% Detonation Damage Minimum: 15 / 70 / 125 / 170 / 205 (+ 60% AP) Detonation Damage Maximum: 65 / 100 / 135 / 180 / 235 (+ 120% AP) Cooldown: 12 / 12 / 9 / 9 / 8

E: Mass Energy Equivalence Passive: Flux releases the bonds on her body tying her to the current plane of matter. Passively she gains stacks, up to 100. At 100 stacks her body becomes completely engulfed in antimatter that blocks the next spell and expends all the charges.

Active: Flux throws a portal forward, and dashes through it. Upon exiting she gains 25 stacks of Mass Energy Equivalence's passive. When this skill is on cooldown, the passive stacks at double the rate. Stacks per second: 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 Stacks per second while on cooldown: 4 / 8 / 12 / 16 / 20 Portal Range: 1200 Cooldown: 15/ 13 / 11 / 9 / 7

R: Flux Capacitor Flux harnesses a powerful conjuring of antimatter and electromagnetic energy into her hands. Her next auto attack becomes a skill shot. If the ability hits a champion they are stunned as their cells rapidly degenerate, regenerate, and become unstable, stunning the champion. After which, every 1 second afterwards the energy will quickly jump to the nearest enemy (prioritizes champions) doing the same to them until it can no longer travel. If the ability hits a minion the antimatter will splash in a massive cone behind it slowing enemies, enemies that are already slowed are rooted. Stun: 1 / 1.5 / 2 seconds Damage Fall off: 10% per enemy hit Damage: 150 / 250 / 350 (+60% AP)

Hate to be "that guy" but in the passive section, effect should be affect. Also, assuming that her E takes 2 seconds to execute, she could block a spell, cast E, and have another spell-block ready in under 6 seconds with a maxed out E. Finally, the ability cooldowns seem a bit short imo, but maybe that's just me. Otherwise, this is a really cool idea, one that I think would make a great addition to the lol roster.
