Hydrak The Trident

Hydrak is mage/range. He is an Atlantean like Triton. Basically, he is a fish man. I know it’s like Triton, but I wanted to make a better version then Triton. He has a trident which can control water. He is specialized in area damage and consumes a lot of mana. His passive help him gains mana. I create Hydrak to be a normal difficulty champion and a team fight champion.
Abilities:
[Passive] Neptune’s Amulet: When Hydrak hits an enemy with ability, he gains 5 mana pts. This bonus is double when he hits an enemy champion.
[Q] Oceanic Impale: Hydrak launches a big water image of his trident. The trident deals 50/100/150/200/250 (+80% of his AP) to enemies it pass through.
Range: 1000 Cost: 45/65/85/105/125 mana pts Cooldown: 4 seconds
[W] Poseidon Wave: Hydrak send big and large wave in a direction. The wave negates every enemy attack (basic attack, ability, bonus on enemy and stats reduction on ally) it touches. It also slows every enemy it pass through by 10/20/30/40/50% (+2% per 100AP) for 2 seconds.
Range: 700 Cost: 50/65/80/95/110 mana pts Cooldown: 7 seconds
[E] Torrential Geyser: Hydrak creates a water geyser at a target 300-radius area that deals 40/80/120/160/200 (+70% of his AP) to enemy it touches and push them back by 300.
Range: 900 Cost: 40/60/80/100/120 Cooldown: 7 seconds
[R] Water Trap: Hydrak creates a big water vortex in a target 600-radius area for 5 seconds. Enemies in the vortex are slow by 25% and drag in the center at a speed of 300. They also take 50/75/100 (+60% of his AP) magic damages each seconds. Enemies in the center of the vortex (200-radius area) cannot escape and when the attack end, they are stun for 1,5 and they take 100/150/200 (+100% of his AP) magic damages.
Range: 1000 Cost: 100/125/150 mana pts +30/40/50 mana pts each seconds Cooldown: 120 seconds.
