Spark The Arclight Archer
Spark is a mage with very high range. His only weapon is a light bow that can shoot magical arrow, but he is limited to 10 arrow. He is good at dealing damage to the backline (adc and some mage), but he has no real escape or mobility ability.
Abilities:
[Passive] Arclight: Spark’s mana is replaced by a bar of 10 arrows. Each of his spell consume arrow and Spark regen 1 arrow each 10 seconds.
Enemies champion hit by Spark abilities are marked for 3 seconds. Spark can see marked enemies anywhere they are on the map. Basic attack or Long Bow [W] against marked enemy consume the mark and give 1 arrow to Spark
[Q] Light Arrow: Spark fires 3 consecutive arrows in a direction that will damage the three first enemies they hit. The first arrow will deal 40/80/120/160/200 (+50% of his AP) magic damage and slow by 50% for 1,5 seconds. The second arrow will deal 50% more damage and slow by 75% for 1,5 seconds. The third arrow will deal 100% more damage and stun for 1,5 seconds.

[W] Long Bow: Passive: Spark basic attack gains 40/80/120/160/200 range.
Active: Spark fires an arrow at the target enemy, dealing him 2/4/6/8/10% (+1% per 150 AP) of the target maximum health as magic damage +100% of his AD.

[E] Light Rain: Spark fires 4 arrow in the sky that will land on the target path. Each arrow will end at an interval of 0,25 second. When an arrow land, it create an explosion in a 200 radius area dealing 50/100/150/200/250 (+60% of his AP) magic damage and silencing enemy champion for 1,25 second. Range: 1000

[R] Shining Bow: Spark starts channeling. After 1 second, he’ll fires a giant light at every marked enemy on the map, dealing 100/200/300 (+100% of his AP) magic damage.
