Change Vayne like Teemo

Y'all have seen what riot did to Teemo in his little rework, why not do the same to Vayne? Take her silver bolts and make it her passive and have it scale with rank. Throw her current her passive as a passive/active ability on her W. Any thoughts? Not too far fetched.
