Legendary+ skin sales

So I have wondered this for a long time because Ive always thought that most of the legendary skins were pretty cool but way too overpriced especially if its just one skin. My question is will legendary or ultimate skins such as the skin or the new one ever go on sale for a full 50% off or even just go on like a 15% off sale. Also if they ever have gone on sale will they ever again? I know that the lux one had an "Early Sale" but will it ever have a normal sale or even just go to a lower price ever again?
