I must explain Master Chef Tahm Kench's saturated colors.

The reason Master Chef Tahm Kench is so bright is because it's a reference to Chef Kawasaki from the Kirby series. Notice the similarities? Also Tahm Kench was inspired by Kirby so it makes sense.
